1. The service

Lunar Shadow Labs provides a real-time feed of decoded public Solana blockchain data ("the Feed") over WebSocket to subscribers holding a valid API key.

2. Market data only — no advice

The Feed is market data. It is not investment, financial, trading or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We make no claims about profits or results. You are solely responsible for how you use the data and for any trading decisions you make.

3. Accounts, keys and billing

Subscriptions, payments, trials, renewals and cancellations are handled by Whop under Whop's terms. Your license key is your API key; keep it secret. One key is for one subscriber. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the Feed or your key without our written permission is not allowed, and keys used that way may be revoked.

4. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability and publish live status at /status, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate; missed data is signalled with gap messages where we can detect it.

5. Changes

We may add fields and features at any time. Breaking changes to the message format are announced in advance. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, exceed the connection limits of your key, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the service unlawfully.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and Lunar Shadow Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for trading losses, arising from use of the Feed. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month before the claim.
